EXCLUSIVE OPERATIONS
P-CoC Inc remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing initiatives related to race, color, and ethnicity. Our goal is unmistakable: to amplify marginalized voices and perspectives in the domains of race, color, and ethnicity with the ultimate aim of fostering a more inclusive society. In order to maximize our influence and uphold authenticity, we actively seek partnerships aligned with this exclusive focus. This encompasses collaborations with organizations engaged in Human Protective Rights (HPR) or Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) programming that exclusively centers around race, color, and ethnicity.
Although individuals within the organization may partake in other forms of intersectionality work outside of race, color, and ethnicity, P-CoC, as an organization, does not participate in any other forms of intersectionality work beyond race, color, and ethnicity. We actively avoid any form of interest convergence at all costs. The danger with interest convergence is the quick deterioration into a colonialist symbiont, where the striving towards exclusivity of work is robbed of its focused interest. However, P-CoC engages in non-HPR/DEI efforts that empower persons of color regardless of their background.

A SPACE FOR BENEFFICIARIES
P-CoC Inc Social Circles serve as community-driven social networks within the framework of P-CoC Inc, fostering informal interactions in alignment with the organization's core values. These circles offer a warm environment for discussing local concerns, building connections, nurturing friendships, and fostering neighborhood solidarity. Participation is open to both P-CoC Inc volunteers and beneficiaries, creating an inclusive space for meaningful engagement.
